The real estate investor CONREN Land achieves another leasing success with its innovative AYR office concept:
The business center operator AGENDIS has rented an office space of approx. 1,900 m² in the Frankfurt office high-rise and will move into the fifth and sixth floors. The company is thus expanding its presence in Frankfurt to four locations and to ten throughout Germany.
The decisive factor for AGENDIS to rent the AYR was the combination of first-class building quality, full-service offers and a forward-looking sustainability concept. Environmentally friendly energy solutions such as district heating, photovoltaics and smart energy monitoring contribute to a significant reduction in primary energy demand.
CONREN Land acquired the AYR in 2023 as part of a club deal and underwent a comprehensive revitalization. The real estate investor is aiming for DGNB Gold certifications for the building. A WiredScore Platinum award has already been received.
The AYR is located on Solmsstraße in City West, an established business location with excellent connections to the motorway, the airport, the city centre and the main train station.
