The business centre operator AGENDIS is leasing around 1,900 square metres of office space in Frankfurt’s City West. With the new lease, the company is expanding its presence in Frankfurt to four locations and ten locations throughout Germany. Colliers advised AGENDIS on the expansion of its Frankfurt location as part of an exclusive mandate.
The “AYR” office tower at Solmsstraße 83 is located in City West, an established business location with very good connections to the city centre. AGENDIS will move into the space on the fifth and sixth floors. CONREN Land purchased the property in 2023 as part of a club deal.
