ABG Real Estate Group has been commissioned with the asset management of four further properties with a total value of EUR 1.1 billion. The company is thus strengthening its business area of investment and asset management services for institutional clients and increasing asset under management to around EUR 4 billion. The owner of the transferred portfolio is a club of professional pension funds, which holds it jointly.
The four properties are such well-known properties as the Garden Tower, the Eurotheum and the Japan Center in Frankfurt’s CBD as well as the Pressehaus at Alexanderplatz in Berlin. In total, the properties in the portfolio comprise around 115,000 sqm of rental space. This includes office space as well as hotel and catering space. The tenants include renowned companies such as Société Générale, Intesa Sanpaolo, the ECB European Central Bank in Frankfurt or the Berliner Verlag as well as The Office Group in the German capital.
