ABG Real Estate Group has completed the revitalisation of the YORCKS building complex in Düsseldorf and handed over 16,000 sqm to the Volkshochschule Düsseldorf. The opening is planned for spring 2026.
ABG is continuously expanding its business area in the area of investment and asset management. The mandate includes a prime property in Dresden: the Grandhotel with a total of 211 rooms and suites.
This means that Vodafone GmbH, EHA Energie-Handels-GmbH & Co. KG and the FernUniversität in Hagen will remain in the former VTG Center at Nagelsweg 34.
