Existing tenants SWR and Luamaya make a long-term commitment to the prominent location at Mainz Central Station
Aroundtown has extended two existing leases at Bonifazius-Türme in Mainz on a long-term basis. Südwestrundfunk (SWR) uses around 550 sqm for funk, the youth offering of ARD and ZDF. Luamaya is continuing its lease for around 850 sqm. In total, the agreements cover around 1,400 sqm of leased space with two established existing tenants at the property.

The two towers are complemented by four additional buildings with different uses. In addition to office space, the site includes a library, a fitness centre, retail and food and beverage offerings. The ATworld Café in the lobby provides an additional meeting place for tenants, business partners and visitors. As part of the coworking and hospitality platform ATworld, the café expands the facilities available on site with a shared-use space.

The S8 S-Bahn line provides direct connections to Wiesbaden, Frankfurt Airport and Frankfurt am Main, among other destinations. Regional and long-distance rail services are also available from Mainz Central Station. The location is also well connected to the wider road network by car. Mainz Old Town, Mainz Cathedral, the Gutenberg Museum, the Rhine riverfront district and the Staatstheater Mainz are all within walking distance.
With SWR, a public-service broadcaster remains part of the tenant mix. The leased space is used by funk, the youth offering of ARD and ZDF. At the same time, Luamaya is continuing its presence at Bonifazius-Türme as a commercial tenant. The agreements highlight the property’s potential for a range of uses and the continued retention of existing tenants.
