BREEAM “Excellent”: Aroundtown improves BREEAM certification for Delta Haus office building in Wiesbaden

Aroundtown has recertified the Delta Haus office building in Wiesbaden at the BREEAM “Excellent” level; the score rose from 41.89% to 72.81%. Measures such as district heating, LED lighting, Smartvatten, and leak detection contributed to this improvement. Across Germany, only about 8% of BREEAM-certified properties are rated “Excellent.”

Aroundtown signs long-term lease for 520-space car park in Essen with APCOA Deutschland

Aroundtown has leased the car park at Berliner Platz 4-5 in Essen to APCOA Deutschland GmbH. The newly signed 15-year lease covers 520 parking spaces. Under the long-term agreement, APCOA Deutschland will take over operation of the car park from 1 November 2026 and introduce a digital parking system at the site.
