Aroundtown leases four hotels in major German metropolitan regions to PRISM

Aroundtown has leased four hotel properties in Düsseldorf, Frankfurt/Neu-Isenburg, Dortmund and Offenburg to the PRISM platform. PRISM operates under the brands Sunday Hotels and Belvilla. Both sides emphasize the long-term cooperation.

Aroundtown is leasing around 1,600 m² in the Office Tower, Lange Laube 31 in Hanover, on a long-term basis. The tenant is a Lower Saxony education service provider; mediated by JLL. The BREEAM-certified building will receive a photovoltaic system in 2026.

Aroundtown extends two long-term leases in the office property Bargelaan 2–32 in Leiden for a total of 3,450 sqm: around 650 sqm with a financial institution and 2,800 sqm with a subsidiary of an international industry leader. The building will thus remain fully let.

Aroundtown extends leases for approximately 7,000 sqm at Office Cubes Leipzig

Aroundtown has concluded several long-term lease extensions for a total of around 7,000 m² with existing tenants in the Office Cubes Leipzig. Veolia Wasser Deutschland (approx. 3,600 m²) and Bosch Sicherheitssysteme (approx. 1,300 m²), while Cortex Biophysik and I.K. Hofmann will remain at the site with a total of around 2,000 m². The extensions ensure a balanced tenant mix; the site is BREEAM and WiredScore certified, among others, and offers a wide range of services.

Flexible Work Platform: ATworld Expands to 800 Locations and Continues Global Growth

ATworld, Aroundtown's flexible workspace platform, has grown to over 800 locations and is driving its international expansion. Via the app, members book workplaces in coworking spaces as well as in hotel and office lobbies from 29 euros per month; in addition, they benefit from services such as fitness and gastro benefits. Around half of the locations are located in Germany, with a focus on Berlin and Munich.

Aroundtown leases nearly 5,000 sqm of commercial space in Leverkusen-Manfort

Aroundtown has carried out several new leases at the Marie Curie Campus in Leverkusen and extended the lease agreement with the main tenant Biofrontera Bioscience. New on the campus is Biofrontera Discovery GmbH, which has now signed a long-term contract for 2,000 m². Additional space has been leased to new tenants such as a photo studio and a restaurateur.

Sunday Hotels by PRISM takes over operations of five German hotels from the Aroundtown portfolio

Sunday Hotels, a PRISM Group (formerly OYO) company, is taking over the operation of five hotels from Aroundtown's portfolio. The hotels are located in popular tourist regions such as the Baltic Sea and the Mecklenburg Lake District and in cities such as Saarbrücken and Bielefeld. This partnership strengthens the existing cooperation and promises a stable continuation of the hotel operations.

Aroundtown leases two hotels in Berlin-Mitte to the Odyssey Hotel Group on a long-term basis

The hotels AC Hotel Berlin Humboldthain Park (Hochstraße 3, 13357) and Moxy Berlin Humboldthain Park (Hochstraße 2, 13357) comprise a total of 233 rooms. These are the first hotels that Aroundtown rents to the Odyssey Hotel Group and the first hotels for Odyssey in Berlin.
