The new tenant is a Lower Saxony-based education services provider. The letting reflects continued stable demand for well-connected office space in central urban locations. The leased premises span the 7th and 9th floors of the building. The new tenant will use the space for personal consulting services as well as one-on-one coaching sessions as part of its education and training programs. The transaction was brokered by JLL.
