Renowned company significantly expands its space at the Henschelplatz 1 location in Kassel
Aroundtown will construct an additional 7,500 sqm hall at Industriepark Mittelfeld for its existing tenant, a DAX-listed corporation. This marks the fourth new development that Aroundtown has realized at the site, and, like the previous projects, the building has already been leased to existing tenants prior to the start of construction. Once again, Aroundtown is supporting its tenants in their expansion plans while further strengthening the site as a key logistics and production hub. Completion and commissioning of the new hall are scheduled for 2028, with preparatory measures already underway.
The leased space comprises a modern logistics and warehouse hall, complemented by office areas. The tenant benefits from excellent transport connections, with quick access to the A7, A44, and A49 motorways, as well as proximity to Kassel-Calden Airport.
