Aroundtown has secured a long-term new letting of approximately 3,420 sqm at the property Europaallee 1, 90763 Fürth, with the lease agreed for a term of 25 years. The new tenant is Arche gGmbH, an operator in the care and healthcare sector and part of the Arche e.V. social network. The letting comprises space on the first and second floors of a newly built building on the former Schön Klinik site.
This new letting marks an important step in the revitalisation and repositioning of the site. The property in Fürth is well suited for care and healthcare-related uses and offers the appropriate conditions for further tenants from this segment.
