Goldbeck Facility Services, part of the construction and services company Goldbeck, which operates throughout Europe, has taken over facility management for the Neuried campus near Munich on May 1, 2026. The client is TONI Immobilien, an owner and development company specialising in commercial real estate.
With the mandate in Neuried, Goldbeck Facility Services and TONI Immobilien are continuing their cooperation. Goldbeck Facility Services has already been managing the TONI Park in Augsburg since 2023, where it is responsible for technical and infrastructural facility management.
The Neuried campus combines over 30,000 square meters of office space, laboratory infrastructure, fitness facilities and gastronomy under one roof as well as an underground car park with around 9,000 square meters. The property, built in 2021, is part of a development area in the southwest of Munich. It is characterised by its campus character and spacious outdoor facilities – including flowering meadows to promote biodiversity.
Goldbeck Facility Services is responsible for both technical and infrastructural building management under the mandate. They coordinate the specific requirements of the various tenants – including innovative companies from the life sciences, technology, fitness and gastronomy sectors. This includes, among other things, the support of complex system-relevant building technology, including HVAC systems in particular for laboratory exhaust air, media supply, refrigeration systems as well as security and detection systems. To enable the smooth operation of sensitive research and production processes, Goldbeck Facility Services provides a round-the-clock emergency service. The range of services also includes the operation of the entire area as well as the support of all resident tenants, including a fitness studio that is open throughout.
