Several well-known existing tenants sign long-term lease renewals at the Walter-Köhn-Straße location in northern Leipzig
Aroundtown has secured several long-term lease extensions with existing tenants at its Office Cubes Leipzig office property on Walter-Köhn-Straße.
Utility provider Veolia Wasser Deutschland GmbH has renewed its lease for approximately 3,600 sqm, while Bosch Sicherheitssysteme GmbH, active in security technology and building automation, has extended its lease for around 1,300 sqm. Also remaining at the location on a long-term basis are Cortex Biophysik GmbH, a medical technology company, and I.K. Hofmann GmbH, a staffing services provider, which occupy a total of approximately 2,000 sqm.
With these lease extensions, the balanced and diverse tenant mix at the property will remain sustainably secured in the years to come.
