Former stock exchange site becomes an educational campus

In Frankfurt, the Lateral Towers were converted into an educational campus after around two and a half years. Since this school year, the Stadtgymnasium, the Margot-Friedländer-Gymnasium and the outsourced Julius-Leber-Schule have been using the site. The use has been secured for over 30 years.

FÜRST Berlin: CELLS hands over rental management to Newmark

At the beginning of July 2026, CELLS handed over the rental management for the FÜRST Berlin project to Newmark. Newmark now acts as Owners Representative and is to expand the international tenant approach. CELLS remains responsible as general planner.
