The real estate investor CONREN Land is planning to build a modern Class A logistics park in Catalonia. The project includes two independent warehouses and is scheduled to start in 2026. Sustainability is the focus of the developments.
The company, which specialises in the management, leasing and sale of real estate, has signed a long-term lease agreement for around 480 m² of office space in the office/commercial building complex at Rosa-Luxemburg-Straße 48B.
On August 1, 2025, a management consultancy based in southern Germany moved into around 600 m² of office space in the modernized building. At the same time, a new long-term lease was concluded with an existing tenant.
CONREN Land achieves another leasing success at the Düsseldorf location: AVIATICS Cost- and Safety Management GmbH & Co. KG has signed a long-term lease agreement for around 800 m² of office space in the property at Wanheimer Straße 68.
The business center operator AGENDIS has rented an office space of approx. 1,900 m² in the Frankfurt office high-rise and will move into the fifth and sixth floors.
The real estate investor CONREN Land can report another letting success on Düsseldorf's Kennedydamm: The management and technology consultancy BearingPoint has rented around
1,540 m² in the B1 office building on Bennigsen-Platz.
