The real estate investor CONREN Land and the Hugas brothers, together with their Spanish real estate investment and project development company Conren Tramway, are building a modern Class A logistics park on a plot of around 80,740 m² in Sils (Catalonia). The project includes two independent warehouses with a total area of approximately 58,340 m². Construction is scheduled to start in the first half of 2026.

The plot is located directly on the AP-7 motorway, one of the most important logistics corridors in the Mediterranean. The two halls each have an area of approx. 29,170 m² and a clear height of at least 10.5 metres. A total of 66 loading ramps, a 50-metre-long truck yard and bypasses offer ideal conditions for flexible logistics and industrial processes.

The project in the province of Girona focuses on sustainability: each building will be equipped with a 291 kWp photovoltaic system, LED lighting, advanced climate and consumption management systems, as well as car-sharing spaces and charging stations for electric vehicles. The project aims for BREEAM Outstanding certification.

The project in Sils complements the portfolio of the two already ongoing developments of the joint venture in Alcalá de Henares (Madrid) and Loriguilla (Valencia), which are expected to be completed in 2026.
