Deka Immobilien has signed a new lease agreement for 4,000 sqm for the "Metropolis-Haus" property in Hamburg. Limehome will use the space at Dammtorstraße 29-32 on a long-term basis.
GXO Sant' Antonino was built in 2013. It offers more than 50,000 sqm of lettable space and 80 parking spaces. Sustainability is a central feature of the property.
Deka Immobilien has sold a health centre in Helsinki for around 100 million euros. The property comes from the real estate assets of the open-ended real estate fund WestInvest ImmoValue, which is aimed exclusively at institutional investors.
