Deka Immobilien has signed a new, long-term lease agreement with E.ON for the office building at Landsberger Straße 84-90 in Munich. This means that the property is fully let again. The new tenant wants to use the 21,300 sqm of office space and the 193 parking spaces with several companies of the E.ON Group. The first part of the space is to be occupied from January 2027.
The six-storey, prestigious office property from 2010 offers a total of around 23,000 sqm of lettable space and scores points with a canteen and four roof terraces with a beautiful view on the fifth floor. The property is located on the Munich S-Bahn main line, the city’s central west-east connection, with the Donnersbergerbrücke S-Bahn station being directly accessible via a pedestrian walkway.
The property from the portfolio of the open-ended real estate fund WestInvest InterSelect is certified with the Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) standard Gold.
