Wind farm in Schleswig-Holstein successfully begins operations

Energiequelle has commissioned a wind farm comprising five Nordex N149 turbines with a total capacity of 28.5 MW in Loop and Schönbek (Schleswig-Holstein). It supplies electricity to around 20,000 households, saves approximately 27,000 tonnes of CO₂ and sets new standards with its anti-collision system and community engagement.

Commissioning of three wind turbines in Weddelbrook

Energiequelle has commissioned three Vestas V150s with a total capacity of 18 MW in Weddelbrook (SH), with commissioning starting on 7 September 2026. The wind farm supplies approx. 47,000 MWh/year for around 9,100 households; protective measures for large birds and a citizens' savings offer have been implemented.

Energiequelle GmbH sells French subsidiary Energiequelle SAS to H2air

Energiequelle sells its French subsidiary Energiequelle SAS to H2air and focuses on core markets. All employees as well as a wind and solar portfolio of around 500 MW, of which 60 MW are in operation, will move to H2air. The company is thus strengthening its presence in France.

Energiequelle GmbH commissions wind turbine in Danna

Energiequelle has commissioned an Enercon E 138 EP3 E3 with 4.26 MW in Danna and compacted the adjacent Feldheim wind farm. Around 9,000 MWh are expected annually, enough for about 2,600 to 2,700 three-person households. The planning went almost smoothly.

Energiequelle expands Krummensee wind farm with a modern 4.2 MW turbine

Energiequelle has commissioned a 4.2 MW Enercon E-138 wind turbine with a hub height of 160 m in the district of Barnim (Brandenburg). After a legal dispute and an extension of the deadline in 2024, construction started in 2025; now the plant feeds climate-friendly electricity in Krummensee.
