Berlin: FÜRST wins Greco for premium rooftop restaurant

The Greco Group is renting around 1,700 m² with a rooftop location in FÜRST Berlin for an Italian-American premium steakhouse with bar and large terrace. The opening is planned for autumn 2027; it is Greco's first Berlin location. 3REAL acted as an advisor.

Berlin: AG City and FÜRST provide joint impetus for the future of City West

The FÜRST real estate project is a new member of AG City Berlin. The membership was announced at the City Talk on the FÜRST site; around 200 guests took part. Politicians and the district praised the importance for the development of City West, including the return of the comedy on Ku'damm.

Skins Cosmetics is renting around 200 m² of retail space at FÜRST Berlin on Kurfürstendamm. The opening of the store is planned for spring 2027. Lührmann advised the tenants.

Berlin: FÜRST wins Takeda Pharma as new office tenant

Takeda is relocating its Berlin sales headquarters to the FÜRST district on Kurfürstendamm. The move-in is planned for the end of 2027. The quarter offers modern, sustainable office space; around 40 percent of the total space has already been rented.
