Frederic Engelmann has been Chief Financial Officer (CFO) at HT Group since the beginning of the year. He succeeds Willem Steffen and will be part of the management team alongside Andreas Stegmann. Engelmann brings extensive experience in the financial sector, which is an advantage for HT Group.
The Hamburg-based HT Group has acquired two residential properties in Vienna and Linz. This acquisition strengthens the residential sector of their fund. Udo Stöckl emphasizes the solid location and sustainable management potential of the properties.
HT Group has leased around 3,400 m2 of office space in Vienna to VAMED Engineering on a long-term basis. In the future, the company will move into space in the office property in Vienna's 11th district. The lease is one of the largest lettings in Vienna in the current year.
