The Lindhorst Group is launching the sale of 15 building plots in the ‘Wolthäuser Höfe’ area in Wolthausen. Plots ranging from 900 to 1,030 m² are priced from 99,000 euros (110 euros per m²) plus service charges. Suitable for the construction of detached houses in accordance with Local Plan No. 10.

Lindhorst Group plans the Storchenwinkel development – a retirement home as well as rental and owner-occupied flats in Winsen (Aller)

The Lindhorst Group is planning the Storchenwinkel development in Winsen (Aller), comprising a care home (98 care places) and four blocks of flats with around 40 rental and owner-occupied flats. A planning application will be submitted shortly, with construction due to start in 2027 and take approximately 15 months.

Ems-Quartier Meppen – Goldbeck Parking Services becomes operator of the underground car park

The Lindhorst Group has commissioned Goldbeck Parking Services to operate the underground car park in the Ems district of Meppen. The garage offers 468 parking spaces and relies on license plate recognition-based, cashless parking. The reopening of the quarter is planned for summer 2027.

Personnel: Lindhorst Group companies reorganize CFO department – Mechthild Mösenfechtel joins as CFO

The Lindhorst Group is realigning the CFO department for Alexander Lindhorst Verwaltungs GmbH, Aureus Holding GmbH and Cureus GmbH across the board. Mechthild Mösenfechtel will take over as CFO in September 2026; Oliver Sturhahn will leave by mutual agreement. JLW Holding will remain unchanged.

Johannishöfe at Osnabrück's Neumarkt – Lindhorst Group starts dismantling of the old stock

On September 10, 2026, the Lindhorst Group started the demolition of the "Johannishöfe" quarter at Osnabrück's Neumarkt - together with Mayor Katharina Pötter. The building application will follow in September; after approval, implementation will take around three years, with further demolitions planned for the beginning of 2027.

The Lindhorst Group has laid the foundation stone for the Am Listholze senior citizens' residence in Hanover-List with Lavendio Senior Residences. 125 nursing places, 24 service apartments and 9 employee apartments are planned; completion according to KfW-55 is scheduled for autumn 2027.

Lindhorst Group starts construction of the Lavendio senior citizens' residence in Hanover-List with 149 care and service residential units

The Lindhorst Group has started construction of the new Lavendio retirement home in Hanover-List; completion is scheduled for autumn 2027. The facility offers 125 care places as well as 24 service apartments and nine employee apartments and is operated by Lavendio Senior Residences. A KfW Efficiency House 55 (KNN WG) with a heat pump and solar system is planned, as well as around 78 new, crisis-proof jobs.

The Lindhorst Group is planning the construction of the Allertower in Celle, which includes 90 apartments for trainees and students as well as rental apartments. The project is scheduled for completion in spring 2028. The construction project aims to create affordable housing for young people in the region.
