LIP Invest acquires logistics property in sale-and-lease-back deal from majamo

LIP Invest has acquired a logistics property in Bramsche from majamo GmbH as part of a sale-and-leaseback and leased it back on a long-term basis. The distribution centre, which was built in 2023, comprises around 10,000 m² of rental space and has a PV system and good connections to the A1 motorway, among other things.

LIP Invest publishes its market report on logistics properties for Q2 2026, with an investment volume of EUR 1.5 billion (H1: 2.6 billion), lettings of 1.9 million sqm (H1: 3.3 million), new buildings Q2: 800,000 sqm. Prime yields rose to 5.00–5.40%.
