Frankfurter Sparkasse is developing a new headquarters at Hauptwache in Frankfurt together with OFB Projektentwicklung. This is to include a modern office and commercial building with 10,000 square meters of usable space and meet the highest sustainability standards.
OFB Projektentwicklung GmbH has acquired a 7,100 square metre plot of land on Holzmarktstraße in Berlin-Friedrichshain-Kreuzberg. A sustainable, mixed-use quarter with 35,000 square metres is being developed on the site, combining working, living and shopping.

OFB Projektentwicklung GmbH has signed a lease agreement with Northwave Deutschland GmbH in BioSquare Leipzig. The company is leasing around 700 m² in component B of the new technology site.
The modern logistics centre comprises around 21,000 m² of rental space and will be operated by the food logistics specialist, which operates throughout Europe, from 01.10.2025.
