Refield and RGL are accelerating the leasing of an approx. 18,000 m² GLA retail park in Środa Wielkopolska. Newly signed leases secure 3,500 m²; Lidl is a key tenant. Other brands in negotiations; around 80% occupancy expected by the end of 2026, construction to start in early 2027.
