REM CAPITAL draws a positive balance for the year 2025 by successfully supporting over 450 funding and financing projects with a business volume of around EUR 2.7 billion. The expertise was particularly in demand in the field of real estate renovation and IT services, and the projects led to an annual CO₂ reduction of around 291,000 tonnes.
The main building, which covers around 10,000 m², will be comprehensively modernised and renovated in terms of energy efficiency in the coming years. The LIST Group from Bielefeld acts as general contractor and sustainability consultant.
In Kressbronn on Lake Constance, the construction of the new residential quarter "Wohnzukunft Bachtobel" has begun. With a total of 80 sustainable rental apartments, urgently needed, affordable housing is being created here.
