Founding of ENOVA Generation GmbH: ENOVA wins Sosteneo as a partner for the next phase of growth

ENOVA establishes ENOVA Generation GmbH and contributes a portfolio of eleven wind farms (approx. 350 MW) from ENOVA Value. Sosteneo becomes the majority shareholder, ENOVA remains involved and continues to operate. The aim is to expand the portfolio to up to 1 GW.
