Tishman Speyer has let around 2,600 m² of office space in the ‘Ajour’ development on Mönckebergstraße to exmox GmbH. This means that 60 per cent of the mixed-use building has now been let ahead of completion. exmox is scheduled to move in during the second quarter of 2027.
