Trei completes first phase of 330-apartment rental housing project in Poznań

By 2026, a total of 460 furnished rental apartments with a total living space of around 19,300 square metres and an investment volume of around 51 million euros will be built. The project meets high ESG standards and receives BREEAM certification.
