RESIDENTIAL INVESTMENT IN BERLIN.
Buyers from the immediate neighbourhood have purchased a residential property on a plot of approximately 576 m².
AENGEVELT brokered the sale of the block of flats at Fritz-Erler-Allee 63 in Berlin-Neukölln. The seller is a major property owner, whilst the buyers are private investors from the neighbourhood. The contract of sale was notarised on 17 September 2026.
The residential building, comprising 9 flats, stands on a plot of approximately 576 m². AENGEVELT marketed the property widely, whilst also targeting the immediate neighbourhood specifically. The buyer was found as a result of this marketing campaign.
AENGEVELT provided ongoing support throughout the technical due diligence process, advised both parties during the marketing process and assisted the buyers with the financing.
“It was important to us to place the property in the hands of someone familiar with the location. AENGEVELT supported the sale right through to the signing of the deed,” said the seller.
“We deliberately looked in the immediate neighbourhood as well. People who live locally are familiar with the property and its location. This targeted approach, combined with support with the financing, made the deal possible,” said Marc Retzlaff, Senior Consultant, Investment & Development, AENGEVELT Berlin.
