The directors of Familienheim Rhein-Neckar eG, Prof. Dr Thomas Glatte and Gerald Krebs, have stepped down from their positions on the board of Immobiliengruppe Rhein-Neckar with effect from 13 October 2026.
The day-to-day operations of the companies within the property group will continue to be managed by their respective management teams until further notice. The Supervisory Board will closely monitor the transition phase and has already begun the search for a successor. Stefan Dallinger, Chairman of the Supervisory Board, will take on the duties of Chief Executive Officer (CEO) on an interim basis. His role as Chairman of the Supervisory Board will be suspended whilst he serves on the Executive Board. Thomas Speth has been appointed by the Supervisory Board as Chief Financial Officer (CFO) on an interim basis. A qualified banker, he spent many years working in corporate banking and, most recently, as managing director of a consultancy firm specialising in banking.
During this period, the First Deputy Chairman of the Supervisory Board, Gerhard A. Burkhardt, will take over as Chair of the Supervisory Board.
