The Centralis Immobilien Group is continuing on its growth trajectory and has acquired a mixed-use, multi-tenant property at Hamburger Straße 188, 188A and 190 in Hamburg. The property offers a total of 4,104 square metres of lettable space and combines modern hospitality, local amenities and traditional residential living. The transaction was finalised in mid-October 2026.
Diversified mix of uses
The main focus of the property is the Modern Hospitality section, which has a lettable area of 2,883 square metres. The serviced apartments located there are operated by Arbio.
The hospitality use is complemented by residential units and retail space for local amenities, which is occupied by PENNY, part of the REWE Group. Thanks to this combination of modern hospitality, residential accommodation and local amenities, the property boasts a diverse and sustainable mix of uses and tenants.
Further potential within the portfolio
Centralis sees further potential for optimising the property beyond its current use. In addition to targeted measures to enhance the existing property, further opportunities for structural development are also being explored.
With this acquisition, Centralis is further expanding its presence in Hamburg. In addition to acquiring and optimising existing properties, the company focuses on the development and repositioning of hospitality properties in urban locations. In Hamburg-Harburg, Centralis is already carrying out another project comprising 88 serviced apartments and additional commercial space.
