EQT Real Estate has acquired a logistics property of around 50,000 square metres in Bad Wünnenberg-Haaren. The seller is an international investor. Colliers successfully brokered the transaction.
The property with the address Graf-Zeppelin-Straße 9 was most recently used as a central warehouse for an IT company. EQT is planning to demolish the building and build a modern new building as part of a repositioning.
