A new, creative fashion concept is being created in the historic Schnoor district: In February 2026, entrepreneur Olga Bauer and a business partner will open the boutique Second Fashion, which offers high-quality second-hand fashion on a commission basis. The range is complemented by the young Bremen label LE GOLD, which produces sustainable fashion from upcycled water sports and outdoor equipment as well as eco-fair fabrics. Designer Lena-Johanna Radtke is moving from the Ostertor to the Schnoorviertel and will use the space together with Bauer in the future.
The Schnoor 39 property offers the ideal setting for creative retail formats on around 84 m² over several levels. On the ground floor, there is around 37 m² of sales space with a shop window front, while the upper floors offer flexible rooms for a studio, office or lounge area. A special highlight is the sheltered terrace – a rarity in historic Schnoor.
The location of the two concepts underlines the trend towards individual, sustainable retail formats in the city centre. Robert C. Spies Gewerbe & Investment GmbH & Co. KG advised on the lease and successfully brokered.
