The Darmstadt-based AI scale-up etalytics continues to grow and is renting around 700 square meters of office space at Leydheckerstraße 10 as part of its expansion.
The new location is only a few minutes’ walk from the previous office in Gräfenhäuser Straße and will be occupied in October 2025. Colliers advised on the lease.
etalytics enables companies from industries such as pharmaceuticals, chemicals, automotive and data centers to reduce their energy consumption in refrigeration, heating and ventilation systems, reduce operating costs, increase the stability of their supply systems and achieve their sustainability goals through an AI-supported energy intelligence platform.
With the move, the company is not only creating more space for the growing team – etalytics currently has 63 employees – but also modern conditions for flexible workplace concepts and team-oriented working.
