The special machine construction company KRÖNING – Automation continues to grow and acquires an area of around 12,000 square meters in the Dohna industrial park. Colliers acted as an intermediary for the buyer in the sale.
With the acquisition, KRÖNING – Automation is significantly expanding its production and development space at the Dohna site. The property comprises around 8,500 square metres of modern hall and office space.
“The expansion gives us strategic leeway – especially in an economically challenging environment. With this decision, we are clearly committed to the Dohna location and are creating the basis for sustainable growth,” says Marcus Kröning, owner of KRÖNING – Automation.
The hall is directly adjacent to the existing company premises and will be used for production and goods logistics in the future. Part of the space is available for potential partner companies from the technical or manufacturing environment. Concrete talks are already being held with interested parties.
