On a plot of around 10,400 m², a lively residential quarter has been created in Königstein im Taunus, which combines high-quality living with comprehensive local amenities. The last free apartments are still available – some with a view of Königstein Castle.
It’s done: The “Königsteiner Höfe” at Ernst-Ludwig-Kirchner-Platz 1-11 have been completed and the first tenants are moving into their new homes. Quantum Immobilien KVG acquired the residential quarter from the Eberhard Horn Design Group as part of a forward deal for an institutional investor and took it over in December 2025. In total, the sustainable quarter comprises 75 privately financed rental apartments with around 7,300 m² of living space. In addition, there will be around 4,300 m² of commercial space and 281 underground parking spaces.
High-quality living – from apartments to penthouses
The 75 apartments range from compact 2-room apartments from approx. 46 m² to spacious penthouses with up to approx. 225 m² of rental space. All units have balconies or terraces and are equipped to a high standard. The car-free inner courtyard between the seven parts of the building offers children safe space to play and ensures a high quality of life right on their doorstep.

The apartments will be supplemented by commercial space that has already been fully rented. The organic supermarket Alnatura is expected to open in March 2026. There is also a daycare centre, a dental practice, a longevity clinic and a bistro and café directly in the neighbourhood. They make the “Königsteiner Höfe” a place where living, shopping and working are combined as a matter of course.
