Berlin: Quantum leases over 1,000 m² of office space in P1 to Colliers

Quantum is leasing around 1,050 m² of office space in the Berlin project P1 to Colliers. The Berlin Colliers team will move to Passauer Straße 1 in June 2027 and occupy parts of the 9th and entire 10th floors. Around 50% of the office space has already been let; completion by the beginning of 2027.

Düsseldorf: Quantum leases a further 1,200 m² in the DUO Tower

Two further long-term leases have been signed in the DUO Tower in Düsseldorf: Tattersall Lorenz will move into approx. 500 m² on the 16th floor from November 2026, and Verlag Dr. Otto Schmidt will move into around 700 m² on the 3rd floor from December 2026. The repositioning with roof terrace, fitness and bistro has been completed; further space available.

On course for expansion: Quantum enters the Irish market and acquires first property in Dublin

Quantum Immobilien KVG has acquired the "Quayside Quarter" residential complex in Dublin's North Docks from Greystar, thus completing its market entry into Ireland. 268 privately financed apartments on around 22,000 m²; Greystar will continue its property management. Further investments are planned.

Quantum Immobilien KVG has acquired a residential property in Berlin-Friedrichshain, completed in 2018, for an individual mandate managed by it. The property comprises 67 privately financed apartments and a daycare centre with around 6,900 m²; Asset deal, purchase price confidential.

Quantum buys high-quality residential property in Heilbronn-Neckarsulm

Quantum has acquired a high-quality residential property in Neckarsulm for the residential real estate special fund Habitare III. On the buyer side, KFR Kanzlei and WITTE Projektmanagement GmbH acted as advisors. The seller was advised by CMS Hasche Sigle.

Quantum acquires high-quality residential and commercial building in Wiesbaden

Quantum Immobilien AG has acquired a residential and commercial building at Wilhelmstraße 44-46 in Wiesbaden for an institutional investor. Built in 2019, the property offers 34 apartments and four commercial units with around 4,380 m² of rental space. The purchase price was not disclosed.

Quantum acquires 46 apartments in Frederiksberg, Copenhagen

Quantum has acquired the Bernhards Have residential complex in Frederiksberg, Copenhagen, with 46 units and around 4,550 m² of rental space. The property, which was completed in 2021, was purchased as part of a share deal; the price was not disclosed. The sellers were two private individuals.
