Quantum SHI Management GmbH, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Quantum Immobilien AG specializing in healthcare, has acquired the Biesdorfer Höhe retirement home in Berlin for a specially managed fund. The seller is BK Benner-Knieps eGbR from Wiesbaden. It is a modern nursing home with a very good economic size in the Biesdorf district of Berlin.

In total, the Biesdorfer Höhe senior citizens’ residence offers around 180 fully inpatient care places in a popular residential area and an environment suitable for senior citizens. The property has good public transport connections as well as short distances to local amenities and medical care services.
The transaction took place as part of an asset deal. The parties have agreed not to disclose the purchase price.
