The real estate investor CONREN Land can report two rental successes in the KÖ3 property, at Kölner Straße 3 in Eschborn:
valantic Software & Technology Innovations GmbH, a tenant since 2017, has committed itself to the location for the long term with a contract extension, thus sending a clear signal about the attractiveness and future viability of the property.
In addition, CONREN Land was able to gain a new tenant in SK Chemicals GmbH. The South Korean-based company from the Green Chemicals and Life Science sector has signed a long-term lease agreement for more than 400 m² of office space. With the two leases, the property is almost fully let.
The KÖ3 property offers a total lettable area of 11,537 m² and is centrally located in the established Eschborn-Süd office market. The modern multi-tenant building has seven above-ground and two underground floors as well as 275 parking spaces.
