The real estate investor CONREN Land can report two letting successes in the Mainzer Landstraße 61 property in Frankfurt’s banking district:
On August 1, 2025, a management consultancy based in southern Germany moved into around 600 m² of office space in the modernized building. With its new location, the company is strengthening its consulting business in a targeted manner and thus moving even closer to its customers and partners in the heart of Frankfurt’s banking district.
At the same time, a new long-term lease was concluded with an existing tenant. TRUE Sale International GmbH, which is based in the property, will expand to around 440 m² in the 1st quarter of 2026.
The seven-storey office property, built between 1992 and 1995, was extensively modernised in 2022. A total of around 5,400 m² of flexibly usable office space is available. The newly designed entrance area gives the building an address-forming presence and underlines its representative effect in the urban environment.
The areas can be individually adapted to different usage concepts. Each floor can be divided into units of about 400 m². This enables a wide range of room solutions – from classic cell structures to modern open-space concepts.
Thanks to its central location in Frankfurt’s banking district, ML61 offers an attractive location for regionally anchored as well as internationally active companies. Frankfurt Central Station can be reached in a few minutes on foot. Excellent transport connections are thus guaranteed.
