CTP has won GIC International Catering GmbH as a new tenant for around 2,500 square meters of commercial space in CTPark München Nord in Oberding. The company, which specialises in airport and aircraft catering and has so far operated exclusively at Frankfurt Airport, has been using the space as a warehouse and production area as well as an office since March 2026. This means that the commercial park, which comprises a total of 47,700 square metres of rental space, is fully let.
“CTP’s modern and excellently located space forms the ideal basis for our expansion and targeted expansion at Munich Airport,” says Göksel Yildirim, Managing Director of GIC International Catering.
“With GIC International Catering, we have gained another strong tenant for CTPark München Nord. The combination of a strategically excellent location in the immediate vicinity of the airport and the high quality of space was once again decisive for the leasing decision,” says Sandra Kraus, Leasing Director at CTP Germany.
