Heinrich Hoppe expands its leased space at CTPark Bremen to more than 21,000 square metres

CTP has let approximately 9,300 square metres at CTPark Bremen to Heinrich Hoppe GmbH Spedition + Logistik. The tenant is thus expanding its space to over 21,000 square metres. The new space comprises 8,100 square metres of warehouse space, 600 square metres of mezzanine and 600 square metres of office space; the site utilises solar panels and a heat pump.

CTP accelerates growth in Germany with high-tech projects and record lettings

CTP has recorded record lettings in Germany: by the end of August 2026, over 200,000 m² of space had been let, representing an increase of 166 per cent. At the same time, CTP is developing new high-tech parks in Mülheim and Düsseldorf, amongst other locations. There have also been successful lettings in Rostock, Bremen and Krefeld.

CTP starts 700 million euro transformation in Düsseldorf

CTP is starting the transformation of a former industrial site into a multi-user park in Düsseldorf-Rath. More than 700 million euros are to be invested in around 232,000 square meters of modern commercial space. The first areas are to be ready for occupancy in 2030.

Wezel extends lease for around 9,000 square metres at CTP in Frickenhausen

CTP extends the lease agreement with Wezel GmbH Kaltumformtechnik for around 8,800 square meters at the Frickenhausen site. Wezel continues to use the space for production, logistics and offices. The property has extensive technical infrastructure and good transport connections.

CTP is leasing 16,200 sqm of hall and 500 sqm of office space in CTPark Solingen to the 3PL service provider Hippocampus. The company is centralising its activities there and expanding its main warehouse. The location offers good connections via the A3 and A46 motorways.

CTP completes 7,800 square metre new logistics building in Simmern

CTP has completed a logistics hall of around 7,800 m² in Simmern. The new building (June 2026) is designed for a compressed air technology manufacturer, pre-equipped for narrow-aisle high-bay and automated small parts warehouse, and DGNB Gold certified. The general contractor was LIST Bau.

CTPark Krefeld completed: CTP develops modern business park with 19,000 square meters of rental space and welcomes first tenant

CTP has completed CTPark Krefeld with 19,000 m² of rental space after a construction period of around 14 months. An international steel and technology group is leasing 1,700 m² for logistics and office. The DGNB Gold-certified park relies on PV, heat pumps and charging infrastructure.

CTP begins construction work on new CTPark Dresden Nord business park

CTP has started construction work on the CTPark Dresden Nord in Ottendorf-Okrilla. Four buildings with 16 units and around 31,000 m² of usable space are being built on a 78,000 m² site. Photovoltaics and DGNB Gold target are planned; first units ready for occupancy from 2027.

CTP leases 1,800 square meters of warehouse space in Hanau to the city. In the future, the Brothers Grimm Festival will store props, stage sets and technology there. The interim lease is part of the development of the future CTPark Hanau; Existing buildings are to make way from the end of 2027, JLL mediated.
