Andreas Baur, Managing Director of the REAQ Immobilien Group, comments: "The apartment buildings brokered for us by Aengevelt fit perfectly into our investment strategy: They are located in a popular residential district and have sought-after apartment sizes and demand-oriented floor plans as well as south-facing balconies, a long-standing tenant base and spacious, green inner courtyards."
"In addition to the qualities mentioned above, the properties impressed with their good condition of the property, very good transport and public transport connections to the city of Leipzig and an attractive yield. All in all, they represent a sought-after and sustainable investment," adds Ullrich Müller, Branch Manager Aengevelt Leipzig.
