Aengevelt Immobilien and the DIP partners now also offer their customers the opportunity to find tailor-made funding programmes for their properties. To this end, Aengevelt cooperates with EPSA, the world's largest funding consultancy. The search for funding extends to residential and non-residential buildings, new construction, renovation and individual measures (such as façade, windows, roof, heating, etc.). The eligibility for funding of property preparation, nature conservation measures, infrastructure measures, etc. is also examined. On request, a complete service is offered, including specialist planning, application, construction supervision and proof of use.
In the Federal Republic of Germany, there are currently more than 3,500 funding programmes available from the federal government, the federal states, the European Union and other sponsors, including numerous programmes for new construction, renovation or individual measures in real estate and property development. In other industries, it has long since become common practice to use external subsidy advisors to find suitable funding programs, check eligibility requirements, determine cumulation possibilities and manage the application and accounting bureaucracy. For example, subsidies of between 20% and 75% of the investment amount can be granted for individual measures in the field of energy efficiency. Alternatively, low-interest loans with repayment subsidies can also be applied for.
The brokerage house Aengevelt is now offering its customers the opportunity to take advantage of this service. To this end, Aengevelt cooperates with EPSA, the world's largest funding consultancy with over 5,000 employees in 40 countries. The consulting firm with French roots and branches in several German cities works purely on a performance-based basis and is therefore risk-free and budget-neutral for the applicant.
The cooperation with the professional subsidy consultancy is interesting for both the seller and the buyer. In the future, Aengevelt will already incorporate the funding opportunities into the exposés, so that the development potential of the properties offered is immediately recognizable to the buyers, which increases the value of the properties offered, because the buyer side can take the effect of the subsidy into account in its investment plans.
Dr. Lutz Aengevelt, Managing Partner of DIP partner Aengevelt Immobilien: "Professionals are needed to cut paths through the jungle of over 3,500 funding programmes. With EPSA, we have found a partner who has many years of experience in the tailor-made acquisition and complete processing of subsidies. Aengevelt is now offering buyers and sellers the opportunity to professionally determine the funding potential of their properties."
