AIF Capital Group has successfully implemented loan extensions for all multi-storey car park properties for which extensions are currently pending, thus further stabilising the financing structure across several fund vehicles. The total volume of the extended financing amounts to more than EUR 15 million. The extensions concern properties in Leipzig, Flensburg, Berlin and Potsdam from various parking garage fund funds.
With the full implementation of all upcoming extensions, AIF Capital Group is strengthening the stability of its multi-storey car park portfolios in a targeted manner and increasing planning security at fund and property level. At the same time, the financial statements underscore the confidence of the financing partners in the quality of the assets and in the sustainable generation of cash flow.
The bundled implementation of the extensions is an expression of structured and proactive financing management. Especially in the current market environment, AIF is sending a clear signal for stability, reliability and forward-looking management of its portfolios.
