The investment experts at Aigner Immobilien GmbH have successfully brokered a medical centre with around 2,050 square metres of lettable space to a portfolio holder on an exclusive basis. The property, built in 2008, is located on a 2,000 square metre plot in the west of Munich, near the Nymphenburg Palace Park.
The seller was a project company. The parties have agreed not to disclose the exact location and the purchase price achieved.
"The acquiring party is taking a sought-after asset into its portfolio. Medical office buildings are increasingly becoming the focus of institutional investors as the demand for outpatient healthcare services continues to grow. The market segment is currently developing into a central asset class throughout Europe," says Jenny Steinbeiß, Managing Director of Aigner Immobilien GmbH.
