BNP Paribas Real Estate brokered the "Felsenbirne" residential complex in Leipzig's Neu-Paunsdorf district to GRK Immobilien GmbH, one of the leading private real estate companies in Central Germany, as part of an exclusive sales mandate. The seller is a family office from Munich, which has held the property in its portfolio for around 30 years and successfully managed it during this time.
The residential complex, built in 1997, comprises 21 residential units and 45 parking spaces. With its needs-based floor plans and very good energy values, the property impressed as a contemporary investment in a highly sought-after residential market environment. The buyer plans to further develop the property in its portfolio and exploit possible optimisation potential.
