One year curaparc clinic Mainz: Fully let health campus establishes itself as an important care location
The curaparc clinic Mainz celebrates its first anniversary. The medical care center in Mainz-Bretzenheim bundles outpatient and short-term inpatient treatment of various specialties under one roof. The fully let property has 17,450 square metres of rental space. In the first year of operation, more than 900 operations were performed in the clinic. In addition, there are over 1,100 inpatient overnight stays and numerous outpatient treatments. The development illustrates the demand for modern care structures that combine medical services from different disciplines.
Alexander Lackner, Managing Partner of neworld, says: "We are currently observing a significant increase in interest from national and international investors in modern healthcare properties and in particular in integrated medical care locations. We are currently in the process of examining further projects and are already holding intensive discussions on this. This confirms our conviction that the medical infrastructure in Germany is facing a profound change. With future-oriented projects such as the curaparc clinic Mainz, we want to actively contribute to the further development of this asset class and adapt it to the requirements of modern healthcare."
The curaparc clinic combines specialist practices, surgical capacities and treatment rooms in an interdisciplinary environment. The concept takes into account the increasing shift of medical services to the outpatient sector and enables different medical specialties to work together at one location.
As neworld's first healthcare investment, curaparc clinic exemplifies the company's strategic orientation in the field of healthcare real estate. The development of the site confirms the relevance of integrated care concepts that combine medical infrastructure and real estate requirements.
