DAHLER Invest, which specialises in the brokerage of investment properties to private investors and family offices, is further expanding its presence in North Rhine-Westphalia. With two new locations in Bielefeld/Gütersloh and Lippe, the company is strengthening its regional market presence in a targeted manner.
The Bielefeld/Gütersloh office will be headed by Martina Timpe, who has been responsible for the sale of condominiums in the region since 2022. Previously, she worked for von Poll Immobilien, among others. Gustav Krull has taken over the site management for the DAHLER Invest office in Lippe, where he has already been responsible for the sales of residential properties in the premium segment for DAHLER since 2021.
"Ostwestfalen-Lippe is an economically strong location that offers good conditions for residential investments: a stable rent level, a consistently high demand for housing, high value retention and a wide range of real estate. This results in attractive entry opportunities for private and semi-professional investors. With the site expansions, we are implementing an important milestone in our 2026 growth strategy. In the coming weeks, we will expand our presence to more than 20 locations," says Philip C. Hetzer, Managing Partner of DAHLER Invest.
The dynamics of the market are also clearly evident at the regional level. "Transaction activity has noticeably picked up speed in recent years," says Gustav Krull, Head of DAHLER Invest Lippe. "We are seeing strong demand from the region itself, with a wide range of products on offer, from high-quality refurbished existing properties to properties with development potential. It is precisely this diversity that opens up interesting entry opportunities for investors."
Martina Timpe also observes structural changes on the demand side: "Many investors from the region are pursuing a clear asset accumulation path – from their own home to the first rented apartment to an apartment building as an investment, this is now the classic investor biography," says the office manager in Bielefeld/Gütersloh. "At the same time, we are registering a growing interest from investors from major cities such as Berlin, Hamburg or Düsseldorf, who are specifically looking for stable and long-term stable investment opportunities."
With this expansion, DAHLER Invest underlines its claim to open up attractive investment locations throughout Germany at an early stage and to offer investors structured access to regional real estate markets.
