DEMIRE Deutsche Mittelstand Real Estate AG (ISIN: DE000A0XFSF0) is leasing around 1,900 m² to FrontWell Solutions in Bad Vilbel. The lease was concluded for five years. FrontWell Solutions is a global consulting firm that provides digitalization services and IT projects for industrial manufacturing.
The property in Bad Vilbel has a total of 27,600 m² of rental space and is characterized by good accessibility by public transport and via the B3 federal highway. The main tenants are the State Office for Construction and Real Estate, Bad Homburg Inkasso and the printer and multifunctional device manufacturer Brother. Thomas Hildebrandt, the responsible Senior Asset Manager, commented: "We acquired the property in Bad Vilbel in 2019 with a high vacancy rate. Now it is almost fully let due to the rental to FrontWell Solutions and subsequent lettings in the event of fluctuation can be realized promptly. We have thus successfully developed the property into a multi-tenant property and anchor property of DEMIRE in the Rhine-Main region."
